Payment

It’s recommended to consult with your notary to get an estimate of their fees. By planning ahead, you’ll be able to have your document notarized as soon as you’re done writing it.

The Document Requiring Notarization

Not all notarizations are performed for a single person’s signature. Many documents will require multiple notarized signatures. That means that having all parties present for the signing is the simplest and probably cheapest way to get your document notarized. Your document will be fully signed and notarized with minimal inconveniences.

Willingness to Sign

Every signer must demonstrate a willingness to sign the documents without coercion. He/she must also be aware of what they are signing and understand the significance of the transaction. Documents cannot be notarized if there is any cognitive impairment.
